Meditation Class for Stress Relief & General Well Being!!!

April 4 @ 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm

Join us for a Class on Meditation for Stress Relief and & General Well Being through St Clair Shores Adult Ed. This class will teach scientific techniques of Yoga Meditation universally accepted to reduce stress and create a sense of upliftment and contentment. Scientific and philosophical rationale that supports the practice of meditation will be covered and there will be several short guided meditations for practical application. All levels of experience welcome.
