Hatha Yoga Class in the Golden Lotus Yoga tradition. The Golden Lotus Yoga Teachers Association was founded by Yogacharya J. Oliver Black in 1966. A gentle meditative style taught by Mary Ann Thibodeau a teacher and disciple of Yogacharya Oliver for over 45 years.
For non-residents of Grosse Pointe Woods. A dollar less for residents
